Failing to provide all the relevant information could delay your proforma account being approved.
When emailing files, please send in STL format. This will enable us to edit the file and make adjustments where needed e.g. adding sprues.

When making payment, please include your invoice number as a reference. This is especially important if the payment is being made from a different name to that showing on the account. This will ensure the payment is assigned to the correct account and avoid any delays in orders being sent out.
